Check-in – 1300 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night
Check out – 1100 Hours Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
Government guidelines require guests to present govt. issued photo identity at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel
Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Advance Payment through Bank Transfer/ NEFT. All major credit cards are accepted
Cancellation Policy
Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund However, the following deductions would be levied:
15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50% of the total booking amount
30 Days & More – No Deductions would be levied
In case of refund, 2% cancellation charges would be levied for transactions made by Credit Card
Child Policy
Up to two children, less than 5 years of age can be accommodated in the parents’ room, with no extra bed at no additional charge
If a child is above 5 years and below 12 years of age, an additional bed will be provided at a cost of INR 1000/ per child per night
If a child is above 12 years of age, an additional bed would be charged at rates depends upon the unit
Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed
